Infringement Policy
As a company, we are committed to intellectual property rights and we take infringement seriously. We have an infringement policy in place that outlines the steps we take to address reported infringements.
If you believe that your intellectual property rights, such as trademarks or copyrights, have been violated by a seller, product listing, or content on our platform, you can submit a notice of infringement. This notice should, at a minimum, include the following information:
1. A description of the intellectual property right that you claim has been infringed.
2. The location or product listing on our platform where the infringement has allegedly taken place.
3. Contact information, including your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the intellectual property described in your notice is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the intellectual property right that is allegedly infringed.
Once we receive a notice of infringement, we will investigate the matter promptly and take appropriate action, which may include removing the infringing content or products from our platform, suspending or terminating the seller's account or taking legal action against the seller.
We encourage all sellers to respect intellectual property rights and to ensure that their products and listings comply with applicable laws and regulations.
